Brownie Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. salt
    8 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can baking cocoa
    2 c. vegetable shortening
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients.
    With a pastry blender, cut in shortening until evenly distributed. Store in a large airtight container in cupboard.
    Keeps 10 to 12 weeks.
    Yield:
    About 17 cups of mix.
