Scalloped Potatoes And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. potatoes, sliced paper thin (about 1 1/2 c.)
    1 medium onion, slivered (1/2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. whole wheat or unbleached flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh or frozen peas
    1 c. rich soy milk
    a sprinkle of crumbled wheat
    Nutrigrain cereal (Kellogg's)
Preparation
    Set oven to 400\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes and remove eyes or bad spots.
    Slice paper thin (a food processor does job quickly). Oil-rub a 1-quart baking dish or 2 (1/2-quart) dishes.
    Layer half the potatoes, onions, flour and salt in the dish.
    Cover with all the peas and top with layers of remaining onions, potatoes, flour and salt (in that order).
