Tofu Cheesecake - cooking recipe

2 lb. tofu
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. dried pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. granola, crumbled
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare crust by crushing granola in blender to make 1 1/4 cups of crumbs.
Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
