One Pot Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, cut into 8 pieces
    2 pkg. Smokey Hollow beef sausage, cut into pieces
    10 to 12 medium size red potatoes (whole)
Preparation
    In a large pot place cabbage on bottom and then potatoes.
    Add enough water to cook.
    Cook only until about half tender.
    Add sausage pieces.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Add butter and salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with cornbread.
