Oven Roasted Skinny "Fries" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes (1 1/3 lb.), scrubbed
vegetable cooking spray
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan, divided
paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Halve the potatoes lengthwise.
Cut halves lengthwise into long wedges, about 1/3-inch wide.
Spray potatoes with cooking spray.
Place on cookie sheet, cut side down. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons cheese and dust with paprika.
Bake 15 minutes.
Turn potato wedges.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dust with additional paprika.
Bake 15 minutes longer or until crisp and golden brown.
Per serving:
