Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 cans beef bouillon
    2 2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 or 2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter; pour into baking pan sprayed with Pam.
    Dump the remaining ingredients in the baking pan.
    Mix together.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    This makes a large casserole.
