Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped white onion
1 c. chopped green onion
2 Tbsp. butter
6 boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sage
2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
9 c. cornbread
2 c. bread crumbs
juice from baked turkey or 3 cans chicken broth

Preparation

Saute celery and onions in butter until tender.
Add to cornbread and bread crumbs.
Add chopped eggs; mix.
Add seasonings and broth.
Dressing should be extra moist.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until lightly browned on top.
