Poor Man'S Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 large apples
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) can orange juice
    1/2 tsp. coconut or banana flavoring
Preparation
    Peel and grate apples.
    Add pineapple, orange juice, 1 can of water and flavoring to apples.
    Mix well.
    Let stand for several hours before serving.
    Keeps well in refrigerator several days. (May add a little sugar or Sweet 'N Low.)
