Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Minute rice, cooked
salt and pepper to taste
butter to taste
2 or 3 small cans Sweet Sue chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can drained peas
1 small onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts
2 stalks chopped celery (if desired)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together and bake for 35 minutes.
As an option, top with cornflakes and drizzle with butter.
