Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. fresh carrots or 4 c. sliced
1/2 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. cheese (Velveeta)
1 onion, chopped
Preparation
-
Cook carrots until done.
Drain.
Add the other ingredients and top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
