Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix lightly, but well. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes two 9 x 5 x 2-inch loaves.
