Blender Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 clove garlic
    2 to 4 or more jalapeno peppers
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 large onion, cut up
    1/4 to 1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend tomatoes, garlic, peppers and salt.
    Add the onion and chop, but not fine.
    Add vinegar.
    Best to start with smaller amount of peppers and add to taste.
    Pour all in saucepan and simmer 15 minutes.
    Pour in sterile jars and seal.
    Give boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
    Refrigerate after opening.
