Mushroom Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 recipe Cream Cheese Pastry
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter with the onion until limp.
    Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice.
    Blend in flour until smooth and slightly thickened.
    Stir in sour cream and dill weed.
    Cool filling.
    Place small amount of filling (scant teaspoon) on one side of 2-inch pastry round.
    Fold over and crimp edges with fork tines.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0
    oven.
    These freeze well before baking.
