Easy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/2 stick melted margarine
onion bits
Lawry's seasoned salt
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Boil potatoes; cool and peel.
Melt the margarine and quarter the potatoes.
Put into shallow baking dish and pour the margarine over them.
Turn each section of potato to coat with margarine well.
Sprinkle with minced onion and seasoned salt.
Top generously with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
