Linguini With Fresh Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 cherrystone clams
    2 cloves garlic
    pepper
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Chop garlic and brown in skillet with olive oil.
    Shuck clams, reserving the juice.
    Chop clams and add to garlic and oil.
    Cook for 3 minutes.
    Add parsley and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over freshly cooked linguini.
