Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese
1 small can mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick oleo
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix together in casserole dish.
Keep enough cheese to top. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until it bubbles up in the middle.
If potatoes start to look dry, cover to finish baking.
