Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
1 can coconut
1 stick Land-O-Lakes butter
1 (9-inch) deep pie shell (frozen)
Preparation

Pour coconut into frozen pie shell.
Melt butter and pour over coconut.
Mix eggs, sugar, flour, buttermilk and vanilla; beat well.
Pour over coconut in pie shell.
Bake until brown.
