Party Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can mixed nuts or peanuts (unsalted)
    1 stick margarine
    2 egg whites
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine in jelly roll pan at 325\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar and salt; beat into meringue.
    Fold in nuts and spread over melted butter in pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, turning with a spatula occasionally until all butter is absorbed.
    Cool.
    Store in airtight container.
