Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. crabmeat, cooked or canned
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake pastry shell 5 minutes.
Mix ingredients; pour into pastry shell.
Bake 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 12 minutes until firm before cutting into wedges.
Serves 6 to 8.
