Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed, or canned
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of soda
Preparation
    Mix milk, potatoes and butter.
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Mix all together.
    Turn onto a floured board; knead 30 seconds.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
