Ham Hocks And Turnip Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. tender turnip greens
    1 lb. ham hocks or ham bone
    2 red pepper pods
    1 clove garlic
    1 onion
Preparation
    Wash greens thoroughly, breaking off the tough stems.
    Place in pot with all other ingredients.
    Cover with boiling water and cook gently for 3 hours.
    When done, season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Drain.
