Pork Chop And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    5 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    Season with salt and pepper. Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley.
