Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 can creamed corn (undrained)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 stick melted oleo
Preparation

Mix together and stir well.
Pour into ovenproof dish. Sprinkle generously with Mexican style Velveeta on top.
Cook at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes more.
