Roast On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck roast
    meat tenderizer
    Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup or A.1.
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar with garlic
Preparation
    Pierce chuck roast; cover with meat tenderizer and pepper well. Mix marinade of vegetable oil, ketchup, vinegar with garlic and a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover roast and marinate at least 12 hours.
    Grill and baste with marinade.
    Roast has better texture when room temperature before grilling.
