Mom'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs (reserve 3 egg whites)
3 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 cup sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar well, then add cocoa and flour.
Put in microwave until thoroughly heated.
Bake pie crust with pie weights until brown.
Pour filling into baked crust, filling will be very thick.
For meringue: beat 1/2 cup sugar and 3 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Bake pie with meringue on top until browned.
