Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    tortilla chips
    1 (16 oz.) can spicy refried beans
    1 bunch green onions, chopped finely (about 1 c. total)
    1 c. low-fat sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco mix (seasoning)
    3 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped (about 2 c.)
    2 cans chopped or sliced black olives
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mash avocados.
    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    In separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    Refrigerate both mixtures.
