Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except coconut) well with mixer.
Add coconut and mix with spoon.
Pour into oven baking dish.
Top with topping.
