Black Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. black beans
    8 oz. yellow rice
    2 or 3 tomatoes
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 can olives (black)
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    3 cloves crushed garlic
Preparation
    Soak beans 4 to 8 hours, then cook by bringing to a boil. Simmer until done.
    Cook rice by instructions on bag.
    Cook beans with coriander, cumin and garlic.
    Place beans in a large casserole dish.
    Add rice, then chopped tomatoes with juice.
    Add cheese and olives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
