Roasted Smoked Goose - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
4 c. dry bread
water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 lb. sausage
1 (6 to 10 lb.) goose
Preparation

Cut snapping turtle meat into steaks (thick as possible) and batter down with hands.
Saute in butter and season to taste. Serve with jelly or appropriate sauce.
