Fried Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. dried noodles (3 to 3 1/2 c. cooked and drained)
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
chives
Preparation

Heat skillet; add oil. Mix all the rest of ingredients and dump into skillet. Pack down in skillet. Lower heat. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Turn when golden brown and cook other side. Invert onto plate. Garnish with parsley. Serve with broiled meat.
