Leftover Corn-Off-The-Cob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 ears cooked corn-on-the-cob
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob and scrape cob; set aside.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add chopped onion and cover. Stir once or twice until onion is translucent.
    Add corn and milk if corn is dry. Cover and heat through.
    Season to taste.
    Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
