Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 sticks butter
    8 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    4 c. flour
    6 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and chill for one hour.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, but not browned.
    Roll immediately in powdered sugar.
