Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Slice potatoes; put in ovenware dish.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt; sprinkle over potatoes.
    Mix lemon juice and water; pour over top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes covered.
