Chicken Tapae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) disjointed chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
    1 lb. cooking apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
    2/3 c. apple cider
    1 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt.
    Brown in butter in skillet. Remove chicken and butter into large baking dish.
    Mix apples with chicken.
    Sprinkle with sugar and nuts.
    Add cider; cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with mound of steamed rice.
