Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, yolks, butter and vanilla.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add nuts and coconut.
Beat until cool.
