Quick Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    18 oz. hickory smoke barbecue sauce (Kraft)
    3 Tbsp. picante sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Put flour, salt and cut up chicken in brown sack.
    Close tightly and shake chicken pieces good.
    Fry in hot shortening or oil of your choice.
    When browned, remove to paper towel on platter.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Dip each piece of chicken into sauce while hot.
    Then place in roasting pan.
    Leave open. Bake for 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
