Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box apricot or peach gelatin
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
    1 c. boiling water
    1 large can crushed pineapple (1 lb. size)
    1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1/4 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Add dry gelatin to cream cheese and combine.
    Add boiling water, celery and pineapple.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Pour into square baking dish and refrigerate until cold and firm.
