Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, grated
    1 red and 1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 small zucchini, 1/2-inch thick
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can mushroom soup
    fresh tomatoes, quartered (or canned)
    grated cheese or buttered cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute cabbage, peppers and onion together until transparent. Add oleo and zucchini.
    Saute until transparent.
