Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) instant rice
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Cover. Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on High or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork.
