Ingredients

1 or 1 1/4 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
5 c. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick oleo, softened
Preparation

In serving bowl, layer the crushed Oreos.
Mix pudding with milk until thick for second layer.
Mix cheese, powdered sugar, oleo and Cool Whip for the third layer.
