Red Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked
    3 eggs, cooked and sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook chicken and shred into small pieces.
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot or large pot and cook for approximately 2 1/2 hours on low to medium heat.
    Serve over rice.
