Jellied Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. fresh strawberries, hulled
2 baked pie shells
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin powder
Preparation

Cook together (water, sugar and cornstarch) until the mixture thickens.
Add the dry gelatin powder and let the mixture cool. Pour over the strawberries in the pie shells and chill until firm. Top the pies with whipped cream or your favorite topping.
