Fried Apple Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 tsp. vinegar (stirred into water)
    water (enough to make dough stick together)
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Moisten dough with enough water to give it the right consistency for rolling.
    Roll dough out on lightly floured surface.
    Cut into 6-inch saucer size circles.
