Saucy Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cleaned, cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken consomme
    1/2 to 1 c. sherry
Preparation
    Put all but the shrimp into a saucepan.
    Hold out the sherry until later.
    Over medium heat bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Just before serving, add shrimp and sherry.
    Serve over rice.
