Veggie Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 large or more clove garlic, squeezed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. or more to suit taste Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
    Allow to stand, covered, in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
    Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
    Great as a party dip with fresh veggies.
