Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and add the rhubarb.
Bake between 2 crusts until done.
