Luscious Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 unbeaten egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Add butter, lemon rind, lemon juice and egg yolks.
    Stir in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring until thick.
    Cool, then fold in sour cream. Spoon into baked shell.
    Cool at least 2 hours.
    Serve topped with whipped cream and chopped walnuts or pecans.
