milk and flour gravy
flour
oil
seasoning
Preparation

Pound round
steak
that has been well rolled in flour. Fry in oil
until
good
and
brown.
Season
to\ttaste while frying. Pour
some\thot
water over the steak;
cover and let simmer for 2 hours.
Pour
on a milk and flour gravy; cook 15 minutes longer. Serve.
