Low Calorie Yogurt Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 small pkg. sugar-free gelatin (any flavor)
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour boiling water into blender container.
    Add gelatin; blend at low speed until dissolved, about 1 minute.
    Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 cup.
    Add to gelatin; stir until ice is almost melted, then blend in yogurt and vanilla.
    Chill in dessert glasses for 1 hour, or until set.
    Makes 5 servings.
    Each serving contains 35 calories.
