Creamy Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. whole or frozen cranberries
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Chop cranberries; add sugar.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Add marshmallows, pineapple and nuts.
    Whip cream and fold into cranberry mixture.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
